About
Born to be unforgettable
The Palace was born from the ambition to create one of the most beautiful private places in Belgium.
We did not want another venue. We wanted a house with a pulse — somewhere a family could spend a summer, a company could change direction, and two people could get married under the same roof.
Everything here was chosen slowly: the stone, the proportions of the hall, the way light crosses the staircase in the late afternoon. A thousand square metres arranged so that the house never feels large — only generous.
The Palace is not rented by the room. It is handed over in full, with a small team who stay invisible until they are needed. What we sell is not a property. It is the feeling of arriving somewhere that has been prepared entirely for you.
Chapters
The story, told in six chapters
Scroll slowly. Each chapter is a moment in the making of the house.

- IThe land
Seven springs, one silence

Before there was a house, there was the water. Seven springs feeding a valley of old trees, half an hour from Brussels and a world away from it.
The site was chosen for what it refused to give: no neighbours in sight, no road noise, no hurry.
“We did not look for a plot. We looked for a silence.”
The founders - IIThe house
A thousand square metres, drawn slowly

Stone, oak and marble were chosen one by one, then the proportions of the hall were redrawn until the double staircase felt inevitable rather than grand.
Nothing here was built to impress on arrival. It was built to still feel right on the third morning.
- IIIThe light
Rooms that follow the sun

Salons open west for the late afternoon, the pool sits under arches that hold the heat, and every bedroom was placed for the hour it would be used most.
Light became the only decoration we could not buy — so we designed around it.
“Luxury is not what you add. It is what you no longer need to explain.”
House principle - IVThe art of staying
A house handed over in full

The Palace is never rented by the room. It is given to one guest list at a time, with a small team that stays invisible until it is needed.
Chefs, sommeliers, therapists and drivers arrive only when the day calls for them.
- VThe table
Where the evenings are decided

The cellar became the heart of the house almost by accident — a place where dinners run long and business conversations lose their armour.
Every stay writes something down here, whether a toast, a decision, or a vow.
“People remember the room where they finally relaxed.”
Guest, summer 2025 - VIToday
Memories, made to measure

Weddings, family summers, board retreats, shoots and celebrations: the house changes register without ever changing character.
What we offer is not a property. It is the feeling of arriving somewhere prepared entirely for you.
